1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 5gbd platform and all services and gaming products operated under it. Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals may be temporarily on hold until the verification process is complete.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Please withdraw your remaining balance before closing the account. Once closed, an account will not be reopened.

4.3 Transaction Cancellation

You may request to cancel a pending withdrawal, but you must notify the support team before it is confirmed. Once a transaction has been processed, cancellation is not possible.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

5gbd offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing winnings from a bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not included. For example: a ৳2,000 bonus requires ৳40,000 in total bets to be completed.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Claiming bonus benefits through fraudulent means or attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be terminated and all credited bonuses will be forfeited.

5.4 Promotional Offer Terms

• Each promotion may have its own separate terms and conditions.
• 5gbd reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash or transferred.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Gaming Integrity

6.2 Betting Decisions

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a game remains incomplete due to a technical issue or disconnection, 5gbd will review the game history to make a decision, and that decision will be final.
